My Experience in Kem Chicks In Pacific Place, Jakarta

That time I went to Kem Chicks PP with my mom.  We bought some bread, fruit, vegetable, and meat.

We like Kem Chicks because it has a good service, fresh vegetable, fruit, meat etc. But at that time unacceptable thing happened. When my mom asked the butcher for some help in Bahasa, a foreigner who was speaking in English came. Without doubt, the butcher stopped helping us and asked the man in English. Waoo.. waoo.. Unbelievable! We were shock and complained about it. 

If I was the manager, I would like to control all of the employee and teach them to serve customers nicely. No matter who he or she is, when, I will serve the customers who came first.
