as we all know, Indonesia has an enormous range of traditional food which has different characteristics in its taste, price and the way to make them. Most traditional food such as; gudeg, gado gado, and nasi goreng is very recdognized by most locals and some foreigners, but in fact there are many more exotic traditional food as follows.
Nasi kucing, which is only as smal as a palm and costs around 500 IDR per serving, this traditional food is commonly identified in most Central to East Java cities such as: Solo, Surabaya, and mostly Jogja.
Es Brenebon, this drink is every where actually but, for your information, the best (out of my experience) the best is always in Manadonese restaurants because it was origianlly from Manado. Most manadonese people like this mixture of shaved ice and sweet red bean because it puts off the spiciness in their local food. i personally love this drink because it has that right flavour which is not too sweet and not too plain, i get to have tons of this drink because i hae close manadonese relativesw that loves to cook and share their cuisine.
All in all, Indonesian food is really wide ranged and delicious. there are lots more to list down but i'm afraid that it would be too much for it to be on a single article. Experience new Traditional foods in Indonesia and Enjoy.

Just a tourist
Guys, it's not my turn to add a topic to this blog. Nonetheless, I'd love to know where you would go if you ever have the opportunity and why? I'm looking for the primary reason for why would you go to the travel destination that you picked. If it's for me, I'd like to go for a culinary education or such.

Mr.Lee, will you post an example for a report on the relationship between your management and resort hoteliers? because I am a little bit confused how to make the report. Thank you Sir.
Or maybe guys, who has already understood about the report, please post it and make us clearly. Thank you.
