Please accept our apology for your unpleasant experience that you have on your holiday. We are glad to hear your comments about the situation althought it was a complaint but it was a positive input toward our company. It will bring us benefit to serve customer in better services in the near future. Jellyfish that was in the sea, we will ask the people to clean it for the guest to be able to use that facilities. Discotheque that you mention noisy, we will work out to encounter that by using noise reducer in the room and on the discoteque itself. Once again thank you for your input toward our facilities. We will be fix it in shortly. Hope you can came again next time in the near future.
