Nov 2001 – July 2005 Nataraj Café and Restaurant East Hawthorn, Melbourne
Dec 2006 - Present
Nataraj is a popular and extremely busy café/restaurant in East Hawthorn, Melbourne, with seating capacity of around 200 and serving up to 600 – 800 people on a busy Saturday.
Started as a food and beverage attendant, later promoted to positions of increasing responsibility. Ended up as operations manager for the establishment, a position held for a year.
Highlights:
· 2001 – 2004 Waiter/Barista:
o Responsible for customers service in a designated section (20 tables).
o Taking orders and making beverages, espresso coffees and cocktails.
· 2004 – 2005 Supervisor:
o Responsible for all aspects of staff training.
o Liaised with the general manager, kitchen staff, floor staff, bar staff and barista.
o Responsible for opening and closing of the establishment.
· 2006 – 2008 Operations Manager:
o Fully responsible for all cash transactions with staff and customers.
o Handled all staff and customer issues and complaints, often under busy and pressured conditions.

Worked as bartender/barista in the daytime and performed as DJ on Fridays and Saturdays.
Highlights:
· Bartender:
o Produced cocktails and served drinks at a very fast pace.
o Ensured glasses are cleared and cleaned.
o Responsible for cash transactions with customers.
· DJ:
o Doubled the amount customers by playing the preferred music styles for the listeners/customers.
o Helped set up the DJ booth (layout and installation).
o Regularly checked, maintained, and cleaned the DJ equipment.

Look Agency is Jakarta’s leading fashion modelling and talent agency, representing over 100 models, TV personalities, presenters, artists and musicians.
Worked as a fashion model in more than 50 major fashion events, video clips, celebrity functions in Jakarta, and as a photographer’s model for advertisements in fashion magazines.
Highlights:
· Runner up in the Indonesian MTV VJ Hunt 2006 Finals, from over 6000 contestants
· Headline DJ at several major fashion events
· Designed and implemented the sound and music for a fashion show, “The Forbidden Baduy”, a music production mixing ethnic Baduy (West Java) music with modern dance music
· Managed and directed several school performances, presented for production companies in Jakarta
· Master of Ceremonies for a number of major functions in Jakarta

| DJ | A passion for music and entertainment has been increasingly directed to DJ performances over the last 2 years. These have been enthusiastically received at many events and parties in Melbourne and Jakarta.

| Band Leader and Manager | Major interests have always been performing music and I have formed, led and managed bands since high school. These included a leading Melbourne ska band (the Flingers 2001-2005); and a band in Jakarta (the Plutonians 1998-2000). Lead vocalist, lead guitar, song writer and composer; managed band and events; and produced 3 EP CDs.
