We are a restaurant which will be opening in three (3) weeks and we are currently looking for a male/female chef to fill up our vacant Sous Chef spot. He or she will need to be able communicate with their co-workers very well, need to be able to work under time & pressure, have cooking experience in a restaurant for at least three to four years as a Sous Chef or Assistant Chef. He or she will also need to be able to speak fluent english, come up with new different menus for the restaurant and most importantly meet the standards of the restaurant. As we are a fine dining restaurant, we are looking for the best chef to work for us which could help us increase our standards. We would be looking two sous chefs to work for us.
