HEAD CHEF NEEDED - passionate about food - Reliable - Experienced - Hardworking Does this sound like you? Then we want to hear from you. MOODZ Bar and Restaurant at Epicentrum is looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Chef to run our new kitchen. We offer a casual dining experience while enjoying the array of music entertainment performances. It features a selection of many pub-style meals and Asian infused delicacies with emphasis on simple, yet well presented cuisine. The successful applicant will have previous experience: Managing a busy kitchen Setting menus and food pricing Ordering and monitoring supplies Rostering staff Attention to detail is a must, as is culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative simple dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
