Chocolate soufflé is an egg backed which have filled with chocolate cream and will be serve cold.

Fresh fruit salad is serve with mix of different fruits in season and will be serve cold.

Trifle is serving in cold sponge layers cake combine with fruit, sherry custard, and cream and will be serve cold.

Tiramisu is serving in biscuits and eggs set of layers which will be serve with chocolate and marsala and will be serve cold.

Apple strudel is type of pastry that have apple and spices, which need to be baked, and will be served hot with ice cream as their topping.
